YOUTH PROBLEMS
Modern youth has many difficult problems. It is not easy to be young. You are to make decisions that will affect all your future life. And these decisions should be right.
First of all, when we speak about young people we speak about so called father-sons problem. It is a gap between parents and their children, when they don’t understand each other. Many teens just leave homes because of lack of understanding. They try to find their place in the world. But on this way they need parent’s support and forgiveness. May parents be more sincere and considerate towards their children?
Another problem is acceptance. Every young person need to be accepted in society, in school, in the university. Young girls and boys have great desire to have approval from teachers and schoolmates. They need to feel themselves a part of this world.
They desire to be loved. Loved by parents, teachers, other people. Especially young people have sharp necessity of love. They are searching for love everywhere. They can give up schools, universities only because of passion to someone. The biggest fans are young people. They can follow their idol in to different countries. The problem of youth is subjection to influence. If you take youth’s attention you can lead them wherever you want.
It is not a secret for everyone that young people easily become addicted. It is because of their desire to try everything in life – smoking, alcohol, drugs and sex. They simply try, but later they become addicts. This problem is connected with the searching of truth. They are searching the meaning of life and when they don’t find it, they start taking drugs and alcohol.
Young people need to find their place in life. It is also a problem. Sometimes they just don’t know the direction to choose. They need good friends and teachers whom they can trust. They need the right policy of authorities to help them learning and to provide workplaces in future.
To my opinion, youth problem is the problem of everyone. We are society, we are all people on the earth and need to help each other. We need to know the direction where to go. We need to know the right way for ourselves and our young generation. May be belief can help youth to find the way?
I know exactly one thing – problems remain the same from generation to generation.
