Those children do not get parental care and would probably never be able to establish proper family role models for their future. However, an issue of material providence (clothes, food, toys, educational items, and so on) is rather sharp. That is why it is critical for orphanages to get donations from third parties.
To solve the issue of children's socialization and being taken care of, each caring person may come to volunteer their time in an orphanage. There they can play and communicate with children. The volunteers can also raise awareness and find fundraisers to provide for the orphanages.
There is one more way of solving the issue. People can foster and adopt. In such a way, fewer children will have to feel lonely. Moreover, there will be more chances that they become a valuable part of society.
