The story is about a boy,who gets ill. At firs he sais he's ok, but his father sends him to bed. The doctor comes and takes the boys temperature; it's a houndred and two degrees. He alsow give him some medicines for the flue. The father reads for Schatz, from Howard Pyle's Book of Pirates. But the boy doesn’t pay any attention. He sais to his father that he doesn’t need to be with him if i don’t want to. The father sais it doesn't bother him. The father goes inn anyways. Schatz sais he had heard that one would die with a temperature over forty four degrees, in school in France. The father tells him that they use centigrade and not Fahrenheit, so he’s out of danger. The boy sais he have been waiting to die all day. Now he could finally relax.
