Ghosts and Monsters
There are a lot of old houses and castles (замки) in Britain. People believe that there are ghosts (привидения) in these buildings. The ghosts are always someone who died a long time ago.
There are many stories about monsters (чудовища).
The most famous monster is the Loch Ness Monster (or Nessie). Loch Ness is a large, very deep lake in Scotland. A lot of people believe that there is a kind of dinosaur (динозавр) living in the lake.
Some people in Norway believe that there is a monster in a lake by the town of Seljord. The Norwegian monster is called Selma.
