В другой чашке смешайте яйцо, йогурт, молоко, масло и апельсиновый сок.
Добавьте полученную смесь в первую чашку вместе с дольками яблок и изюмом.
Разделите смесь на 16 формочек под маффины и выпекайте 20-24 минуты.
