Один из лучших выходов это прокручивание ситуаций, которые заставляют тебя стесняться. Так например, если ты ненавидишь общаться с мальчиками, стань храбрее : начни с простого "Привет" или что там тебе по душе. Или если ты ненавидишь отвечать на вопросы в классе, просто начни говорить, когда спросят то. что ты знаешь.
Одно выполнение займёт немного времени, ты будешь удивлён почему раньше ты так стеснялся.
