City Barnaul - capital of Altai Territory. This city is very beautiful for its attractions. August 31, residents and guests of Barnaul celebrated 283 anniversary of his beloved city. The holiday was very beautiful, especially the lanterns in the evening over the river and fireworks. Barnaul stands on the Ob River. It is very wide, in summer and autumn float boats on which everyone loves to ride. Now in Barnaul built many new homes built water park.
