I (1) love many
sports, but my favourite sport is always (2) skating. I first (3) skated when I
(4) was eight. We (5) lived in Norway then. I always (6) remember the lights of
the skating and my
Dad who (7) helped me and (8) explained what (9) to do and (10) made me (11)
smile when I (12) had felt on ice. There years later we (13) moved to Florida,
and then for many years I (14) couldn`t (15) have been skating because I (16)
lived (was living) in hot places.
Now I (17) live in Canada. I (18) have been doing skating since I (19)
have come here and now it (20) is. The equipment you (22) need (23) is
very simple – skates, boots and suitable clothes. The clothes (24) are very
important. They should (25) be light and warm. If I had more money, I (26)
would buy a good skating suit. My granny (27) has made socks and mittens
for me. Thus I (28) can (29) say I (30) am well-equipped. I would say I
(31) am not one of the world`s greatest skaters but I (32) skate well.
