We all want to be fit and healthy and we know how important it is to eat good, healthy food.
First of all, we should avoid eating junk food and having sweet drinks. Instead we should eat lots of lean protein, fruits and vegetables and complex carbohydrates, such as nuts, peas, beans, low fat yougurt, whole grain bread and pasta. They say that processed food is bad for our health because this food often contains artificial substances that are harmful or lead to weight gain.
It is a well-known fact that people who are overweight increase their risk for high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, breathing problems, and other illnesses. You must balance the amount of calories in your food and drinks with the amount of calories your body uses.
It is also important to drink plenty of water. It helps to stay properly hydrated and to get rid of toxins. Drinking water boosts the immune system and improves our memory and mental performance.
To sum it up, if you drink enough water and eat healthy food, you will be a healthy and clever person!
