So, the ideal ratio of milk and eggs: 1 egg should be taken for 30 ml milk.
- It's better if 2 eggs are being mixed with a fork with the milk and a pinch of salt. But the mixture mustn't be whiped! The baking tray should be well greased with butter and then the mixture must be poured in it. The form for omelet should be taken 4-5 cm high and the mixture is poured up to height of 3 cm. The omelet should be baked in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 15-20 minutes until it's light golden-brown. During baking, the mass will be compacted and it'll slightly raise. After baking, the omelet should be leftfor a while in the oven.
