SOME употребляется только в утвердительных предложениях:

2. С исчисляемыми существительными:
Some boy has just called you. — Какой-то парень только что звонил тебе.
<span>ANY используют только в отрицательных и вопросительных предложениях:
1. I haven't any problems with my studies. - У меня нет никаких проблем с учебой. (отрицательное предложение).
2. Do you have any </span><span>problems with your studies? - У тебя есть какие-то проблемы с учебой? (вопросительное предложение)</span>
