Sport in our life is very important. It is good to keep your health in order.
There are many pluses of sport, and some minuses too. F.e. if you'll go to the gym, you'd be stronger, if you'll do exercises in the morning, you'll be energized, but you can cut your muscle, and it would really hurts.
