People always say that too much TV can give square eyes; of course, it is not true. This is just a way to prevent prolonged and mindless viewing which every child is quite capable of doing. The advantage of watching TV is a simple way to relax. You watch TV when you are tired and it helps to forget your problems. It also tells us what is happening in the world. It is a great way of spending free time. There are a lot of channels and you can see everything you want - films, news, sport, games, shows and so on,

I'm taking my sister to school, AREN'T I ?
On Monday we had five lessons. The first lesson was Russian. At that lesson we wrote a dictation and did some exercises. Nick went to the blackboard. He answered well and got a "five". Pete didn't get a "five" because he didn't know his lesson. After the second lesson I went to the canteen. I ate a sandwich and drank a cup of tea. I didn't drink milk. After school I didn't go home at once. I went to the library and took a book. Then I went home.
Once there were four children whose names were Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy. This story happened to them when they had to leave their home city, London, during the war. They sent to the house of an old Professor who lived in the country, ten miles from the nearest railway station. He hadn't got a wife and he lived in a very large house with a housekeeper. He himself was a very old man with white hair which grew over most of his face as well as on his head.
The children liked him almost at once. Only Lucy, who was the youngest of them, felt a little afraid of him. On their first evening, after dinner, they said good night to the Professor and went upstairs. It was the largest house they had ever seen, so Peter suggested exploring it in the morning. When the next morning came, there was a steady rain falling.
“I wish the weather was more cheerful!” said Edmund. “Stop complaining, Ed,” said Susan. “I think the weather will improvizace soon.” “We were going to explore the house,” Peter reminded them. He was eating a sandwich at the moment and was absolutely happy with the whole situation.
Everyone nodded and at that point their amazing adventures had begun.
