Hi! I will tell you how l stay healthy. First of all I do morning exercises. I think It's a good way to be healthy. Of course l often drink milk after the meal. Milk is very valuable. To be healthy you must do exercises. That's why I go to the (football) club after school. If you do it, you will be healthy too.
