Hello, Steve! I was so glad to receive a letter from you. I have always wanted to have a pen-pal from London, and now it seems that my dream has come true. It will be wonderful to keep in touch with you.

I am also 10 years old, so we are of the same age and must have some interests that are similar. I live in St. Petersburg, Russia, which I believe is one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

It is so amazing to hear about your toy car collection. Twenty five is a great start. I hope you will have even more cars as time goes by. And some day, I am sure, you will have a real one, too.

You were asking if I were collecting things. As a matter of fact, I do have a collection as well, but I collect vinyl records. I am very fond of music of different kinds and like to listen to it on my vinyl record player.

What is your typical day like? I am pretty busy with school, sports and music school. Even now I need to leave for a class, so I need to go.
