<span>On week days I usually get up at seven o'clock in the morning.</span> <span>I make my bed, open the window and do my morning exercises.</span> <span>Then I go to the bathroom where I clean my teeth and wash my face.</span> <span>If I have time, I take a shower.</span> <span>In ten minutes I'm ready for breakfast.</span> <span>I have a cup of tea or coffee and a sandwich with ham and cheese.</span> <span>After breakfast I leave home.</span> <span>I go to my work by bus (tram, trolleybus).</span> <span>It takes me forty minutes to get to my office.</span> <span>My work begins at nine a.m. and lasts till five p.m.</span> <span>At two o'clock I have dinner at our canteen.</span> <span>I have something substantial for dinner, for example, some soup, hot meat or fish.</span><span>Then I drink a cup of tea or milk.</span> <span>I come home at six o'clock in the evening and have a short rest, make some telephone calls and do my housework.</span> <span>We study many subjects at the Institute, so it takes me two or three hours a day to get ready for my seminars and examinations.</span> <span>Sometimes I go to the library to take books.</span> <span>As a rule, I have no free time on my week-days.</span> <span>Eight o'clock is supper time in our family.</span> <span>We all get together in the kitchen, then go to the living room and watch TV or discuss some problems.</span> <span>Twice a week I go to the sport section.</span> <span>At about eleven at night I go to bed.</span>
