It is necessary to give freedom for the development of small businesses. They can provide the necessary Russian market saturation, a tendency to stability of prices, competition environment, which lacked a large monopolist giants, because of which the quality suffers and the process of introduction of new technologies has always been inhibited.
Finally, the development of small business is necessary only because they give life to old large-scale enterprises and in union with them derive significant benefits both for themselves and for the market economy as a whole. This is indicated by the following figures: in the United States on small businesses account for 34.9% of net income, and in Japan 56.6% of total production in the manufacturing industry produce small businesses.
The current structure of the market economy on the scale of Russia requires 10-12 million small businesses, working on a business basis, at the time, as they are in fact, there are 300-400 thousand.
