2) Have you not bought this car yet? (встречается реже)
Это пример вопросительно-отрицательного предложения, в данном случае-общий вопрос. Начинаем подобный вопрос с отрицания, так как в руском варианте стоит слово "неужели", и оттенок удивления мы сможем передать только при помощи <span>отрицательной частицы *</span>not*, которая ставится после вспомогательного или модального глагола, если мы используем сокращённые формы(первый вариант перевода), если же используем полную форму глагола, тогда *not*<span> нужно ставить </span>перед<span> смысловым глаголом(второй вариант перевода).</span>
