The present building appeared during the reign of Henry III. There is one more reason why people are highly interested in Westminster Abbey. According to the ancient tradition all English kings and queens were crowned and wed here. There is something special and wonderful about this building and it’s not only because of its impressive height and size. People who visit it for the first time are startled by its beauty and glory.</span>

На мой десятый день рождения мой дядя Жора подарил мне чашку. С виду обычную чашку. На ней нарисован журавль, который поедает лягушку. Но лягушка не сдается и лапками давит горло журавля. И еще на чашке есть надпись «Никогда не сдавайся». И каждый раз, когда я пью из своей чашки, я не только вспоминаю дядю Жору, но и напоминаю себе, что никогда нельзя сдаваться. Чтобы не происходило в жизни, всегда есть выход. Мне очень нравится пить из моей чашки, которая ободряет меня своим рисунком и надписью. Это моя любимая чашка.
