This year, it was the best summer I've ever had. The thing is, I've been to Algeria! My father is a salesman in a big international company, and he was commanded to go on a business trip in this country. So he set out there with us, his family, which was definitely the right decision from his side.
Well, there were me, my father and mother and my little brother. The air was arid, the sun sent upon our heads its blazing shafts, but that didn't bother me of course, because I had fun all the time! There, in Algeria, we've been to theatre twice, I did the water skiing, then we also had a plane trip around the city we stayed in. My father even suggested skydiving, but I didn't dare - even for me, the risk taker, it's too much.
All in all, I had the best summer holidays ever and I want so much to go to Algeria with my family again!
INGREDIENTS
3 apples 1 cup flour1 cup sugar3 eggs 1 pinch salt1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence1 tablespoon starchPowdered sugar to taste .
Mix flour, cinnamon, salt and starch in a bowl.
Whip the eggs with sugar for 3-4 minutes with an electric wire whisk. The mixture should lighten a little and increase in volume.
Continuing to whisk, gradually add the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Whisk until it is a homogeneous mass.
Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes.
Take a baking dish, flour it lightly and smear with oil. Put the apples in it, and cover with the egg-flour mixture.
The apples should be completely covered with the batter.
Put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and bake for 30-40 minutes – depending on the features of your oven. As soon as the apple pie is covered with golden crust, check the readiness of the dishes with a toothpick.
Let the apple pie cool down and sprinkle it with powdered sugar. The apple pie can be served.
