Healthy food is important part of our life. People eat differently now . Too much sugar in the diet makes it harder for the body to burn fat. Snack food high in sugar ,fat and salts are widely advertised and heavily marketed in the world. Furthermore, portion sizes are famed for being generous. It is therefore easy to eat too much of the wrong food. Changes in the way of life have also contributed greatly. That's why we must be more active.
