I would explain that stealing is bad,and asked her to return the chocolate and to ask forgiveness for the saleswoman in a candy store.
And if my friend refused, and said it's just chocolate,I would have thought to see my friends and me with her.

This strange and a bit funny story happened many years ago, when my mum was a little girl. Her grandma from the countryside gave a little kitten named Kuzya to my mum’s town flat.
One day when Kuzya was sleeping quietly on the sofa, my mum went to the loggia to bring a jar of jam. When she came to the glass loggia door, she saw that Kuzya was looking at her from there. She didn’t believe her eyes because the little kitten was sleeping behind her on the sofa. She turned round and saw that Kuzya was really sleeping. Then my mum looked again through the glass of the door – the kitten was also sitting there and mewing.
My mother was frightened and didn’t understand what was happening. When my mum decided to open the door of loggia, the kitten came out from there. It looked like Kuzya. He was little too, but thinner and his fur was a bit darker.
My mum lived on the first floor. The window of the loggia was opened. Everybody understood that that kitten was thrown through an open window. He was really hungry. My mother fed it and gave it to her neighbours.
