Stopped.
Размышления:
Так как это пассив(by the coach),то мы вспоминаем формулу Passive Voice "to be+V3",значит stop вычеркиваем,to stop(инфинитив)отбрасываем тоже,stopping можно бы было,если бы не by coach => stopped только и осталось
My profession is an accountant and economist. My job is very important. I help the company to keep records of all the business operations. I also do a lot of forecasting by making calculations for future transactions. My boss often asks me for advice. I help him with economic issues and business planning. My job requires a lot of attention and good skills. I also take part in company business meetings and speak about our results, problems and prospects. I always read special economic journals to keep up with the changing economic legislation. I am very happy to have this job because I like it.

It was founded in 1716 as a fortress by a colonel of Preobrazhensky regiment Ivan Buchweitz. The first Omsk fortress was built on the left bank of the river On which gave its name to the future town. It was situated 200 meters from the place of confluence of the Om and the Irtysh. This fortress served up to the 1870 -ies. When it came very old a new fortress was founded on the right bank of the Om. Omsk fortress served as a gate to the whole region of West Siberia. But it served also as a prison ( a place for exile as Omsk was famous for its cold climate and was vary far from the heart of Russia). In the 19-th century Omsk was simply a large village. The streets were narrow, dirty, unpaved and badly lighted. There were no parks and squares. The houses were wooden and one-storeyed. In 1996 the 280-th anniversary was commemorated. There are many big factories and plants in Omsk. According to the volume of industrial output Omsk took one of the leading places in Russia. We have a large oil-refining complex, enterprise of machine-buildings and light industries. It was called a city of great chemistry. But nowadays the situation at the majority of the plants of Russia including Omsk ones is deplorable the plants, the factories have gone bankrupt. Omsk is a rather important port. It connects our region with the Far North Gas, oil, timber, grain are transported along the Irtish and Ob rivers. Our city is an important railway junction on the way from Europe to the Far East, China, Mongolia. The Omsk airport accepts all kinds of planes from all over the country. We call Omsk a city of students. All necessary specialist - teachers, doctors, transport and road engineers, builders, journalists, economist, musicians, officers and so on - are trained at out numerous schools, colleges, universities, academies. I should not say there are very many monuments and historical places, but we can see some places of interests here. There are not many museums in Omsk, but they are famous for their rich and interesting exposition: the Art Museums situated in the former place of general-governor, contains a good collection of pictures of Russian and European painters; the Art Gallery, Liberov Centre, the Museums of Dostoevsky, of K.P Belov. Three are also some theatres Musical ( where operas, ballets, musical comedies are performed ), Omsk Drame theatre is worthy to be noted where Russian and foreign classics are staged, besides the building of the theatre is remarkable for its architecture. The Theatre of Young Spectators; the puppet theatre, "Galerka", the Fifth Theatre. Those who come to Omsk as tourists will see the old and modern buildings. Here the past and the present are mixed together. For instance, a wonderful masterpieces of Russian architecture-the old building of Pushkin library and the modern building of the Musical Theatre next to it. The Concert Hall and the former Organ Hall ( Nikolskaya Church ) demonstrate the Irtysh Sport Complex, Pushkin Library are good examples of the modern architecture.
