Существуют неисчисляемые существительные. Например: water, juice, money, jeans, scissors и тд. Данные слова существуют только в единственном числе.
Если вам надо образовать притяжательную форму Множественного числа, то вы добавляете апостроф.

Окончание -ing не имеет отношения к Множественному числу

5) Among the great variety of TV shows, Dance TV shows are some of the most entertaining programs on the air right now. So, I can honestly say that "Dancing with the stars" is my favourite show. I love to watch it because it features all kinds of different dance styles, including ballet, ballroom, and hip-hop. As a fan of dancing in all its forms, I can feel dance competition like this, is a form of escape from hardships of a day. I feel relaxed, hushed and still because watching people dancing lets me get away from everything that bothers me.
