Not so long ago I read "A Wrinkle in Time", a science fantasy novel. It was written by Madeleine L'Engle, an American author, in 1962. In 2012 the book was translated into Russian.
The main characters of the book are Meg Murry, her brother Charles Wallace and her classmate Calvin. Meg is fourteen. She longs for her father, who has mysteriously disappeared. He is a scientist. Together the children travel through space and time to other planets and save Dr. Murry and the world.
I like the novel very much because it shows the battle between light and darkness, goodness and evil.

Не так давно я прочитала роман в жанре научное фэнтези "Трещина во времени". Книга была написана американской писательницей Мадлен Л'Энгл в 1962 году. В 2012 году переведена на русский язык.
Главные герои книги — Мег Мурри, ее брат Чарльз Уоллес и одноклассник Келвин. Мэг четырнадцать лет. Она тоскует по отцу, который исчез загадочным образом. Он ученый. Вместе дети путешествуют в пространстве и времени на другие планеты и спасают доктора Мурри и весь мир.
Мне очень нравится эта книга, потому что в ней показывается битва между светом и тьмой, добром и злом.

When you read, you can see things from a different perspective. I love reading books that make me think a lot! Furthermore, reading is a great opportunity to learn more about different countries, people, the world itself. To conclude, I want to say that reading is the best hobby I've ever had because it teaches me a lot.
