Computers have become a major part of our everyday life. People simply can’t live without them. They work and study with the help of computers, find information, and, of course, play different games. Speaking about computer games, I should say that they are gaining more and more popularity both among kids and adults. There are two points of view on this question. Some people claim that such games are harmful and pointless. They destroy our life balance. First of all, computer games are unhealthy for the eye sight. If we look at the monitor for a long time, it gets worse. Secondly, sitting glued to the same place can make us fatter. Another argument against computer games is that they contain lots of violent scenes. Thus, playing them can make our behavior more aggressive. And, finally, computer games steal our time. We start rarely seeing our friends and relatives. To keep the balance it is better to have some active hobbies too, such as going in for sports or playing in a music band. There are some people who support computer games. They say that this activity has many benefits. For example, it can develop a good memory because while we play, we try to remember different details. Other than that, it develops logical thinking and even language skills. Spending lots of time online can lead to virtual friendship with other players. And, of course, for many people it is one of the best ways of entertainment. At the end, I’d like to say that so many men so many minds. As for me, I sometimes enjoy playing my favourite games, but I try to spend less time in front of the computer.
Is you bed near the desk or near the window? Is there a wardrobe in your room? How many chairs are there in your room? Are there bookshelves on the wall?
In our school there are children who lead a healthy diet. They eat everything, then they get fat, and when people are fat, it becomes difficult for them to live. And to avoid this, you need to eat healthy food that does not harm human health. And only strengthens the human body, makes it healthy and strong. There is such a problem in our school, it can be solved. In our school you need to prepare salads in the dining room, in which there will be tomatoes and cucumbers, because vegetables are good for humans, strengthens the body, there are vitamins.
My schedule contains a plenty of interesting subjects, but my favourite one is conspirology. This discipline teaches us about things regular scientists still can't explain. For example, conspirology tells about reptiloids willing to invade our homeland and filthy Americans that are about to steal our national resources. I find this subject fascinating since it gives people prospective and useful knowledge and affects our minds. The subject I badly dislike is natural science. They hide the truth about our planet making us thinking that human being has come from ape, though it is obvious that we are all the children of God. Though I have subjects I hate in my schedule, I like learning new information and develop my learning skill. School is a temple of knowledge.
Odesa is the Black Sea gateway to Ukraine. It is the country’s largest commercial Black Sea port and a large industrial city. Odesa is a crossroads of cultures, languages and trade. Pushkin lived here in exile during the 1820s, and also it was home to writer and film director Alexander Dovzhenko. The site of Odesa was controlled from 1526 to 1789 by the Ottoman Turks. In the 18th century Russia took this region and constructed a new port at Odesa. It was named after the ancient Greek colony Odessos. By the 1880s it was the second-biggest Russian port and an important industrial city. Odesa was a hotbed of the 1905 revolution. The beauty of Odesa is in Prymorsky boulevard with its beautiful buildings and the Potemkin Steps. Film director Eisenstein used Potemkin Steps in his film “Battleship Potemkin”. The 193 steps, built between 1827 and 1841, descend from the statue of Duc de Richelieu. At the eastern end of Prymorsky boulevard Pushkin statue and a British cannon from the Crimean War stand in front of the Odesa City Hall.
Seferal of the city’s fine museums are the Museum of Maritime History, the Literature Museum, the Pushkin Museum, the Museum of Western and Oriental Art and others. The Archaeology Museum is the first museum of this kind in the former Russian Empire. Its Gold Room has jewellery and coins from early Black Sea civilizations, including the first Slavic coins of St Volodymyr with the trident symbol on them. Odesa is famous for its beaches. The southern beaches are less crowded and more picturesque than the northern ones. The Arkadia area is the most popular and has lots of restaurants and activities.
