Есть некоторые законы и решения по этому важному вопросу. У нас есть государственные организации, которые платят внимание к этой проблеме. Международные конвенции уделяют большое внимание контролю загрязнения тоже. Есть много промышленных предприятий в нашей стране, поэтому мы не можем игнорировать проблему защиты окружающей среды. Нашей главной целью является защита. Наша окружающая среда должна быть чистой. Что мы должны сделать для этого? Мы должны контролировать атмосферной и водной среды, изучение влияния человека на климат. Загрязнение окружающей среды влияет на жизнь животных, растений и человеческой жизни.
There is significant shortage of comfortable housing in this region. Therefore, it would be expedient to build new several apartment buildings for people who start their professional activity and residential complex for families. The empty space for these buildings can be found by dint of the demolition of the existed unusable constructions. Funding for some direction of development also requires rethinking. First of all, I would strongly recommend the council to spend more many for public transportation, so people could get to work faster. Secondly, we need for more public institutions, in particular, a well-stocked library and community centers which provide information about events in our region. In addition, the funds can be used to create new playgrounds for children. By doing this you can attract families to buy apartments in this district. Unfortunately, our region becomes to take positions in recent years. In particular, there are a lot of graffiti on the walls of buildings and constructions, many streets are full of old wrecked cars and trash. These cars must be evacuated, the walls must to be cleaned. Another suggestion is planting trees and flowers along the highways just to make the streets more attractive for everyone. In general, I believe that new housings, good public transportation, having more public facilities, new park zones are profitable investment. It certainly makes the life in our city more attractive to young people, to people who have just started their professional activity.

1. I would like to tell you a few words about my favourite actor. His name is Mihail Porechenkov. Mihail Porechenkov was born on the second of March in 1969 in Leningrad. His father was a sailor and his mother was a builder. Mihail Porechenkov has got a big family. He’s got a wife, three sons and two daughters. He became famous after starring in the film “The agent of national security”. Now he is a theatre and film actor. Mihail Porechenkov is one of the most famous actors in Russia. He’s got a lot of awards for example he got “The Golden Mask Award” in 1996. He can play serious roles for example in the film “Poddubniy” and he can play in more entertaining and funnier films. He often plays the roles of soldiers and generals. Most critics agree that he is one of the best actors. I like Mihail Porechenkov because he is a strong man and a fantastic actor.

1. I would like to tell you a few words about my favourite actress. Her name is Elena Podkaminsaya. Elena Podkaminsaya was born on the tenth of April in 1979 in Moscow. She is married and she has got a daughter. Her mother and father are musicians. She became famous in 2012 when she started starring in the TV series “The kitchen”. Now she is a very popular actress in our country. She hasn’t got any awards yet but I am sure she will because she is a fantastic actress. I think she can play serious roles and she can play roles in more entertaining and funnier films, too. What’s more, Elena Podcaminskaya is one of the most attractive actresses in Russia. Most critics agree that she is a very good actress. I like Elena Podkaminskaya because her acting is always brilliant. I enjoy her films.
