I like summer because the weather is very hot/warm/very warm/very good.
I do not like summer because the weather is very hot/warm/very warm/very good.
I do not like summer because the weather is not wet/cold.
А те две строчки: there is a lot of snow и it rains a lot - переводятся как "много снега" (можно поставить люблю/не люблю зиму за это) и "очень дождливая/ое" (можно также подставить люблю/не люблю за это лето, весну, осень.)
