the University logistics. He was working part time as a barman in a caffee for the
past year. When he had graduated, he started looking for a full-time job. After
he had passed several interviews, he was be taken by a small transport company.
He was taken advanced training courses during the probationary period.
Unfortunately, he didn't like work in this company. He had understood it by the
end of the year. He didn't like his pay, working conditions and lack of
benefits. He decided to change jobs. Many companies offered him a job because
of the experience that he had gained at the previous place. He found a job in a
larger company in a month after his dismissal. A year later his salary was
increased, and the year after he was promoted.
