Once there was poor little beggar named Dick. His parents died and he went to London to keep his body and soul together. He walks around asking for money in his shabby clothes. Dick was working to earn for a living. ha takes risk to fancy the girl. then he sends his cat of with Mr. Fitzwarren and then becomes rich because his cat serves the country, and that's precisely what the President wants. Then he finds a man to ring wedding bells for him and the daughter of Mr. Fitzwarren.
