7. Agranulocytes are produced in lymph nodes and spleen.
8. There are three types of granulocytes: eosinophils, basophils and neutrophils.
9. Bone marrow forms thrombocytes.
10. In one cubic millimeter there are 400,000 platelets.
11. The plasma is the fluid portion before cloting has occurred and the serum is the fluid portion of blood remaining after the coagulation process is completed.
