To come over these problems teens should try to be calm and respect parents. For example I'm also a teenager but I have never done anything stupid to look cool in front of my friends. Bad habits like smoking, drinking, taking drugs can not be cool! So this is nonadequate self-esteem. Too much pressure is put on me by my teachers and parents but I don't get annoyed with theirs behavoiur. So they should change their lifestyle to have better life because the teenager years are happy stage in our life.
