Yesterday, I had an amazing dinner with Vladimir Putin. We went to a beautiful and a fancy restaurant. The waiter immediately brought us greeted us and brought us some cold water and a menu. He politely asked if we have would like anything for a starter. It was really unusual for me as I'm not used to this kind of treatment and attention. Without any hesitation, Putin asked just for a Caesar salad and some wine. Usually I don't eat salads or even drink, but having such an important figure sit next to me, I got nervous and thought some wine would calm the nerves. After quickly asking the waiter to get the same dishes and drinks as Putin, I quickly glanced at the menu. Not surprisingly, the prices were over the roof. I tried to hide my stunned face, not to embarrass myself. While waiting for our food, we talked about Putin's future plans for the country and his life in general. He was nice and respectful and asked me about my life as well. Fifteen minutes later, we got our food and to be honest, the salad was amazing. I ended up not drinking because by the time we got the wine, I already got comfortable enough to act normal. We quickly finished our meal quickly because these fancy restaurants don't serve much food ,honestly, and talked some more about just general things and politics. We finished and it was time to pay. I guess Putin has noticed my stunt face and insisted to pay for the meal. I didn't resist because I probably didn't even have that much money on my bank account. We left the building, shook hands and went out separate ways.
