Many older people also exercise regularly. Currently, there are several ways to keep fit. The first is to do regular morning exercises. The second is the exercise during the day when riding a bike, rollerblading, walk in the Park, Jogging, swimming, skating etc. And the third way is to visit specialized fitness centers that you can find almost everywhere now. They offer opportunities for people with different needs. They are often used in conjunction with swimming pools or ice rinks. There are many opportunities for such exercises as yoga, aerobics, karate, belly Dance, bodybuilding, weightlifting, and just work out in the gym. Children also have many opportunities to keep fit. Every school offers physical education as a compulsory subject. Some schools even offer swimming lessons in the summer and skiing lessons in winter. The most popular sports in our country are gymnastics, figure skating, football, hockey, Skiing, athletics, swimming, tennis, basketball, volleyball and some others. Everyone can choose a sport they want to do.
