как обычно я не могу обещать 100% правильные ответы)) меня смутило 3е предложение по поводу дождя. даже порылся немного в г у г л е. выяснил, что в данном случае скорее всё-таки will rain, потому что это просто его мысль, она не подходит под "To make predictions about the future based on present evidence" - т.е. "делать предсказание о будущем на основе текущих доказательств".
и ещё почему-то нигде не использовалось Present Simple, хотя в вопросе оно указывалось как один из вариантов ответов... непонятно.
