Present count- настоящее время, то есть действие происходит в момент разговора, прямо сейчас. Это время состоит из "головы" и "хвоста" . Голова - to be, а хвост это ing окончание.
Пример:
Look! Shi IS doING shopping!
( Смотри! Она делает покупки!) то есть прямо сейчас.
На то, что действие происходит сейчас, указывают вспомогательные слова: now, look...
Местоимения + to be
l = AM
HE/SHE/IT = IS
WE/ARE/YOU/THEY = ARE
