To keep healthy, I do not eat junk food, do morning exercises and try to spend a lot of time in the open air. Also I like sports. My favourite sport is cycling. I like to cycle with my friends or family every weekend. My mother/father likes to cook very healthy food for us. We always enjoy it because we know that it will make us feel better. That is why my family is healthy.
