A good teacher should be kind. He needs to understand students and be fair. He should know a lot. It would be good, so that he could answer any question, not only in the school curriculum. A good teacher must love children and find the approach to each, with no highlighting among others. Also the teacher should be calm and patient. Not to yell at students, not to punish without reason. It would be nice if it were possible to talk to the teacher as a senior fellow, to ask for advice if you need it. A good teacher instills a love of his subject, as the kids love it and go to class with pleasure.
