In 1949 British nad the farmer colonies founded the Commonwealth. The former British colonies are rule states now. The Commonwealth includes many countries. The Queen of GB is also the Head of Commonwealth. She is the Queen of Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The British Parliament has 2 houses : the Houses : The House of Commons and the House of Lords. The House of Lords are very important as it can discus and change laws, and can delay laws too. The House of Commons makes laws about the policy of the country.
