An Englishman who WAS in France on a short visit WANTED to go back to England. He SPENT all his money and HAD only enough to pay for his ticket. As he KNEW that the trip TAKES only two days he DECIDED that he COULD live without EATING those two days. So he BOUGHT a ticket and GOT on the ship. When dinner time CAME, he WAS very hungry, but he SAID he WAS not. In the evening he WAS even more hungry, but when the waiter CAME and ASKED why he DOES NOT WANT to have supper, he SAID he WAS seasick and WENT to sleep hungry. The next morning the Englishman FELT half-dead with hunger. He DECIDED he WILL EAT even if they THROW him into the sea. So when dinner time CAME he WENT to the dinning room and ATE everything that WAS PUT before him on the table. When dinner WAS over he quickly GOT up and WENT to his cabin. In the evening when the ship WAS NEAR London he ATE his supper and ASKED the waiter to bring him the bill for the dinner and the supper he ATE. But the waiter TOLD him that the meals WERE PAID for together with the ticket. The Englishman WAS DISAPPOINTED.
