As for reading, unfortunately, a lot of young people stopped reading books, because of the internet. And it is very sad. However, a small number of young people, me, for example, still enjoy reading.
To my mind, today we can't name popular writers of Russian young people because there are plenty of new books and plenty of new names, that's why it's difficult to highlight some definite authors. As for me I try to read most of the books that our teachers or my relatives and friends recommend, but I should choose among them too. It's impossible to read even only the best books. Why? Because of the lack of time
I don't have any favourite genre. I can read any one. It depends on the plot of the work.
