Russian people eat different kinds of food. We eat soups. There is a great variety of different soups in Russia: shchi, rassolnik, shchaveleviy soup and cold soup okroshka but the most famous is "borsch". We also eat different dishes with meat or fish. Russian people often eat pelmeni (meat dumplings). <span>Pelmeny are small pieces of dough stuffed with meat and boiled in the water for about 7 minutes. I also like golubtsy. <span>Golubtsy are boiled cabbage leaves stuffed with meat and rice.</span></span>The Russians eat everything with bread.
