Helen asked how she could get to the <span>shoe department. Shop assistant said that it was on the left and invited Helen to follow him.
Helen said that she wanted to buy </span>a pair of boots. Shop assistant asked what her size was. Helen answered it was thirty-four, and said that she wanted very warm ones, too. She said it was very cold outside. <span>Shop assistant confirmed that it was really terribly cold. He said Helen that she had very small feet and It wouldn’t be easy to find a suitable pair, he was afraid.
</span>In few minutes he inquired if thouse were nice boots and asked Helen if she would try them on. Next he asked how did they feel. <span>Helen said she thought they were a size too big. She asked if he c</span>ould find a different pair. Helen asked if he could give her a smaller size. <span>Shop assistant said he would have another look. Then he said Helen there were a lovely pair; but it was more expensive.Helen said that it didn’t matter... She said It felt more comfortable and that she thought she would take that. She asked how </span><span>much it was.
</span>Shop assistant said that it was seventy-five roubles. Helen asked where she could pay.
Shop assistant gave her the boots and said the check was inside.
Helen thanked and asked where the glove department was.
Another customer invited her to come with him and said that he would show her.
