Natural disasters are becoming a part of our everyday life. There are floods, droughts, hurricanes, tornadoes, tsunamis among them. They are thought to be caused by climate change. They are happening more and more often and getting more and more stronger. We can evidence natural disasters all over the word. The earthquake and the following tsunami killed more than 200 000 people in Asia in 2004. It has been the deadliest natural disaster ever. The hurricane Katrina ripped through Florida in 2005, caused catastrophic flooding and became the most costly hurricane in history. More than 30 cities were flooded in the wake of overflowing of rivers and heavy rains in the summer of 2010 in Europe. Some places, for example California has experienced an severe drought. Rivers and lakes are drying and the area of farming land is getting smaller.
